電源及び電気的絶縁
SCALE-2 プラグアンドプレイドライバとは異なり、1SP0335 ファミリーのドライバは、2 つの別個のユニットとしてドライバと電源 (DC/DC コンバータ) をモジュラー化しています。

このモジュラーの概念により、特定の IGBT モジュールに合わせて開発されたドライバを、必要な絶縁仕様に対応させて使用できます。電源 (ISO5125I) だけは個別に特定の用途に合わせて選択する必要があります。
従って、3.3 ~ 6.5 kV の IGBT ドライバを 2 レベル、3 レベル、及びマルチレベルのインバータ トポロジで使用できます。
