新しい 1SP0340 SCALE-2 プラグアンドプレイ ドライバは、130 x 140 mm 及び 190 x 140 mm の IGBT モジュールを 6000 V の絶縁電圧及び 4.5 kV のブロック電圧で確実に、安全に駆動するように特化して設計されています。このドライバは鉄道業界での信頼性の高い用途に対して最適化されています。
このドライバは、並列接続された IGBT モジュールが安全に動作するマスタ/スレーブの原則に依存しています。マスタ (1SP0340V) は一つの IGBT モジュールを駆動するスレーブなしのスタンドアロン ドライバとして使用することも、4 つの並列接続された IGBT モジュールを駆動するために最大 3 つのスレーブ (1SP0340D) と一緒に使用することもできます。
マスタには光ファイバ インターフェース及びグローバル異常管理機能が搭載されています。マスタ/スレーブ構成では、スレーブがバス ケーブルによってマスタに接続され、共通のコマンド信号及び DC/DC コンバータからの二次側の電圧が分配されます。
1SP0340 ドライバは、高性能で、完全な超小型シングルチャンネル IGBT ドライバを実現する 高集積 SCALE-2 チップセットをベースにしています。
また、SCALE-2 チップセットでは、従来のソリューションと比較して部品数が 80% 減少するため、大幅に信頼性が高くなり、コストが削減されます。
1SP0340 ドライバにはダイナミック アドバンスト アクティブ クランプ (DA2C)、短絡保護、制御されたターンオン ゲート駆動電圧、及び電源電圧監視のすべてが搭載されています。
機械的に互換性のあるすべての IGBT モジュールに対して、正確に対応するドライバ バージョンを利用できます。プラグアンドプレイ機能によって、取り付け後すぐに動作するため、ユーザーは特定の用途のドライバの調整や設計に労力を費やす必要がありません。

光ファイバ インターフェース オプション
光ファイバ リンクは、コマンド及びステータス フィードバック信号の電気的絶縁を目的として使用されます。

電源及び電気的絶縁
他の SCALE-2 プラグアンドプレイドライバとは対照的に、1SP0340 ドライバはモジュラーであるため、ドライバ カードと電源 (ISO5125I DC/DC コンバータ) は個別のユニットです。つまり、特定の IGBT モジュールに合わせて開発されたドライバを、必要な絶縁仕様に使用できます。電源 (ISO5125I) だけは別個に特定の用途に合わせて選択する必要があります。さらに、4.5 kV の IGBT ドライバを 2 レベル、3 レベル、及びマルチレベルのインバータ トポロジで対応できるというメリットがあります。
ドライバは 3 本のネジを使用して IGBT モジュールに直接取り付けます。独立した電源ユニットを IGBT の近くに取り付けます。並列接続されたドライバの場合は、1 つのスイッチに必要な電源は 1 つだけです。
